It went very smoothly. Came on time for the initial estimate, came on time for the first day of job and finished within the estimated time frame. Scheduling a date was easy, he was quite busy but was able to get us in fairly quick.
Communication was very good between us and any questions we had before, during or after the job, he was able to help us out.
The quality of the work was also very high, went over and above our expectations because he fixed little things that we didn't notice but would have not been right if left alone. Smoothed out some parts, filled in others and added trim where it was missing (we didn't even notice).
