Thornton Services, Inc. was established in 1994 with the vision of offering superior service and installation of heating and air conditioning systems. We are a Class "A" licensed and insured contractor with highly trained NATE Certified Service and Installation Technicians. It has always been our goal to be the most trusted and respected HVAC company on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. We accomplish this through our hiring practices, extensive training programs, quality products and by doing "the right thing" every time. We realize that providing prompt, courteous service is important in today's world. To accomodate our customers, we are fully staffed with a Service Department, an Installation Department, a Sales Department and Office Support. When an appointment is made with Thornton Services, Inc., we take care of your total home comfort needs with trust, security and stability. We are a family owned and operated business and a positive, long-term relationship with our customers and neighbors is most important to us.

If we are having any trouble, they show up on time. They respond to anyone who has a contract immediately. They are very readily available. They are pretty reasonable with their costs. We own a second home and they definitely cater to people who don’t live there.
