the owner showed up on time, worked efficiently, and professionally until the job was complete in adverse weather conditions. he explained exactly what was wrong with our unit and what it would take to correct the problem. Parts were ordered in a timely manner, and installed. Our problem took about one week to be resolved due to parts being ordered. We would use shore mechanical again before using anyone else to solve a heating/ac issue in our older home.
