All went well!  Roger (Brown) was very responsive and did more than what was asked.  He respected our property and made sure things that shouldn't get sprayed were moved.  I would absolutely use them again

We had used them years past, and so we decided to use them again. Their price was much more reasonable, and the man did a very clean job, and he came back twice to check how the work was hholding up.

They are great. They professional, on time, prompt. I have never had any issues with them. They do a thorough job.

I have them come out every other month. They are very affordable and they always show up on time. They are very thorough and courteous. They always take their shoes off if they come inside. I have been using them for years.

They do a nice job and I have been using them for about 20 years. They are very good about being here when they say they are going to be. We are very pleased and satisfied with them and have referred them to family members and friends. I will use them again in the future.

The guy’s name is David Brown.  He’s affordable and he does good work.  He’s easy to deal with.  He does what he says and he comes when he’s supposed to.  I’m on a schedule with him and so he automatically shows up around three times a year.  He does all kinds of insects, pests and termites and all that stuff.  He does pre-purchase house applications to see if there are termites or other pests and all those things.  He charges about $35 and he comes out two or three times a year.  I would recommend the others to use him if needed.  He’s a pretty straight up fellow.  He led me in his direction and the price was very competitive.  I never get any smell from the house or anything like that.  Nothing’s moved and he’s in and out.  He does a real good quality job.  He comes when he’s supposed to and he’s always on time.  I will without a doubt use him again in the future if I need to.

Dave Conway, the manager who services the Lexington, VA area, is a nice fellow if you actually see him. He schedules appointments and then just does not come. Then he appears a week or two later without an appointment, I have heard this same story from others. Even though he is supposed to do a quarterly service, we see only when we call upon him. In other words, he will not do it on his own. Currently looking to switch to another company . . .
