My daughter had a very bad roach infestation. The first treatment was $160.00.  Follow-up treatments are $42.00 apiece.  One may go up to three months in-between treatments without having to pay the first (initial) cost.  We had them spray the first week in September, the first week in October, and the 30th of October (approximately at 4-week intervals.  We plan to have one more treatment this year.  The roaches substantially decreased after the first treatment.  We knew there would be at least one follow-up visit since we were told that roaches, even when they die, drop their egg sac which will produce up to 35 live roaches each.  Yuk!  I go to her house several times a week to watch my granddaughter, and the roaches are almost non-existent now.
We will have one more treatment this year and then see how it goes.  I told my daughter, if you see even just one more, we will continue to have your house treated on a monthly basis.
Jared was very professional and most accommodating to me over the phone.  Although I was not there when he actually did the work at my daughter's house, she and her husband told me he was very nice and answered any questions they have.

Very well. Billy was very responsive, thorough, and professional. I was pleased with his work and would use him again. I don't know if his price was good or bad, since he was the only contractor I called, but it seemed reasonable and fair to me.

We had seen evidence of mice in the house, but really had no experience with this. Did a bit of research on line - enough to know we needed professionals to help. We found Blue Ridge on Angie's List. They were responsive, set a time convenient for us (second home so we are not there all the time), called to confirm, and showed up on time. We discussed our concerns, he inspected the entire property, identified likely entry points for mice, treated the house, and solved the problem. Professional, explained everything well, including our concern about treatment and danger to our pets.
