They were prompt, professional and very reasonable to handle what I thought was a gutter replacement, which ended up a minor fix costing only a few hundred dollars. CENVAR was honest. Their integrity means more than the repair itself. Out of three quotes, CENVAR told me exactly what was needed and when they could do the repair. One company though very honest, said the job was too small. The third company said I needed complete gutter replacement and made up reasons why, quoting thousands to complete the job. CENVAR earned any future business we may requirements for. Highly recommend!

I had one shingle that had a crack in it. David Reed recommanded caulking the crack with asphalt caulk which he went ahead and did. David evaluated the current shingles and said they were 20 year shingles and I had about five years of use left. The shingles had some hail damage but all in all the shingles were okay. Outstanding customer service, David came on time, repaired the shingle and evaluated the rest of the shingled roof. Provided ball park estimate on replacing the entire shingled roof.

The roofing install went well, it took 1 day as promised by Chris. However, 3 days later we had a big rain, and i had a leak over my stove, where they had bent the vent. I called, and he sent someone out immediately to replace it, he said he didnt know if it was his fault or already leaking but he would replace it. Had a couple of other little hickups, satellite fell off, and discovered another leak, above gas fireplace, we just called vendors and had them fix these things. All in all it was a good install.

Chris was very helpful in every aspect of my roofing needs. I will recomend him to anyone who needs a new roof. Very professional.

From what I could see the workers did a good job removing and installing new shingles. Did a good job of clean up after each day of work. Owner did a final inspection to assure jobsite was spotless and no waste material remained behind. Very satified!

We were very concerned about possible damage occurring to our landscaping during the removal of the old roof. Chris went out of his way to guarantee that our landscaping would remain unscathed, and there was no damage. His crew did a great job cleaning up after the roof was completed and the new shingles look fabulous!

The roofing project went very well. Chris quoted 4 days to completion,but it only took 3 days and one day was a rainout. I was very pleased. The clean up went very well. No nails in my drive or yard. The price quoted was the end price. (NO HASSLE)
