Very professional and polite- great two guys- I have used them in the past years ago for a kitchen sink leak issue which also they repaired and fixed and then were also very professional and nice guys, on time-polite and just all around the type of contractors you would want to give your business to. The prices easy for the homeowner to afford and trustworthy people to hire and do business with when a plumber is needed that one that won't take advantage of you. Love them

Mr. Elmore was quick to come to the house, was punctual, removed items successfully at a very reasonable cost. He removed item from bathroom drain that was visible and found another item that had been dropped down the drain that we weren't even aware of -- probably saving us from another trip at a future date.

In early May following a shower I noticed water pooled up on the floor outside of where the shower plumbing resides. I found a plumber on the Angie's list site, and submitted a service request online. I immediately called the plumber's phone number and discussed the problem.
Elmore was available the next day and arrived on time. He first had to cut a hole in the wall to access the bathtub plumbing. The valves and misc. hardware seemed fine, and determined that water had leaked behind the bathtub faucet and was the reason water had pooled on the floor out side the bathroom. He used silicon caulk on the faucet and downspout. I was instructed not to use for 8 hours.
I followed his instructions and there was no more leak.
As for the hole in the wall, he told me exactly what type of spring-loaded panel door to purchase at Home Depot. I bought that the same day and it perfectly covered the neat rectangular hole he had cut.
Great work all around! I would certainly use this contractor again! : )

Kevin arrived with an assistant; they were very polite, friendly, professional. His price was less than half the price of the 1st two plumbers that I called.

We had to change the area of the drain pipe because the drain for the previous bathtub was in the center of the bathtub and now it's down at the end. It didn't sound like it was a big deal, but the bathtub was really a big challenge for us. They had to cut the joists of the sub floor and that was one of the choices that I had to make in order to get it in properly. So, I wasn't happy about that because I was afraid of the structural integrity of the bathroom. I talked to my dad about it because my husband was overseas. My dad told me some alternatives, but I wasn't happy with it in the long run. So, they ended up building the bathtub up and putting a new foundation under which there was quite a bit more work. The plumber really wrestled several hours getting it right and re-routing all the pipes, but he did a great job. My overall experience with them was very good. They did what I asked them and I told them that I wasn't comfortable reducing the structural integrity. That was a hard choice on the plumber's part because it would have been a lot easier to just cut through the joist. He was going out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. So, I am happy.
