Great company. Personal touch and always gives an honest assessment. Good honest country folk who are always a pleasure to deal with. No matter what they come out the same day.

I called Doug's number on a Saturday morning and immediately reached a very nice person. We easily agreed on a day for Doug to come out to do the work. He showed up on the agreed upon day and immediately got to work. We did not know where our septic was located, so Doug and his colleague had to use some investigative skills to find it. They had located it within about 15 minutes. Once found, they efficiently did the job without any issues. Doug and his colleague were professional and pleasant to work with. After completing the job, we chatted for a few minutes and Doug offered some tips for maintaining a healthy septic system. Overall, we are very pleased with the service. We would definitely recommend Doug to anyone needing reliable people to do the job.

Doug and James arrived promptly in the early afternoon (same day I called!). They introduced themselves and James got right to work pumping out the tank. He worked on it diligently for 20 to 25 minutes and did a great job. Doug gave me some helpful suggestions and explained to me how the whole system works. Very educational! They were both so pleasant as well as very skilled. I definitely recommend them and I will call them again whenever I need such services.

They were on time, had a modern well maintained tank truck, and were very professional. James located the tank, dug up the lid (4-feet in the ground), pumped the tank, refilled the hole and left the area very clean. We were impressed that they had several methods to locate the tank. James presented the bill $250 for the pumping and $50 for the location and digging up the tank. Which is what was estimated up front. They also provided a brochure on maintaining septic tanks and recommended a date for the next cleaning in 5-years. We paid by check.

We contacted Doug's Septic Service on 7/9/2010. They were very personable and professional on the phone. They could service our tank the following day and provided an approximate time. They arrived within the specified time frame and were very polite, professional, and efficient. They were also very neat and left the property in excellent condition. They also diagnosed our malfunction very quickly and provided advice on how to correct it. We will be contacting them again for our next service.
