Sewage water backed up in our utility room drain on a Saturday evening. Nelson came out for emergency services in about 1.5 hours. He brought his truck and a trailer full of equipment. He used a snake tube with a camera and started searching for the problem. He had some other hi tech equipment with him to help figure out the pipe network in our house. He found the problem and cleared it. He also explained how the clog occurred so my husband would know what to do if it should happen again. Nelson and his partner were friendly and professional. We're glad he came out on such short notice on a Saturday night.
