There was no service performed because Mr. Mullins stood my husband and me up for our first appointment and has never contacted us with an explanation. We discussed the grout and caulking problem and made a appointment for him to visit our home. I also gave him explicit directions to our home. On the appointed day, my husband and I waited for Mr. Mullins, who never arrived.
