A lot of work to be done, particularly in replacing all of the exterior trim which had started to rot after 20 years of exposure.  Progressive did an excellent job in literally rebuilding the exterior woodwork.  The house is an English tudor style with a great deal of exterior highlighted woodwork.  The house is also very tall - 2 story with higher than normal ceilings, and 3 stories exposed on the back side.  Progressive did a super job getting everything looking brand new.
We were extremely pleased with the work that was done by Progressive and recommended them to our next door neighbor who noticed the excellent work being done.
We will definitely use Progressive again - lots of work to be done on the interior.

The service was excellent. The attention to detail stood out. They did daily cleanup. I didn't even have to be around. They brought their own tools and their own everything. The price was good for the amount of work they had to do in the cold. They responded immediately to any questions. I will be contacting them in the near future for additional work. We've had many people work on our 125 year-old home and often we are not happy; I wish everybody was as professional and agreeable as they were. They were very nice people. The owner actually worked on it himself; it wasn't just subcontractors. He and another employee, who was equally as skilled, worked on it themselves, which was pretty impressive.
