Polar Heat & Air was recommended to me by one of my co-workers. I called and left a message on Darren's voicemail, and he got back to me approximately an hour later. Since it was getting late on Thursday afternoon, I was hoping to set up an appointment before the weekend. When I explained what was going on with my A/C unit he said he was close by, and would be at my place within 30 minutes.
In les than 30 minutes, Darren arrived at my home, went through some diagnostic tests, and determined that the moter needed to be replaced. At that point, he went to pick up a new motor, and installed it that afternoon.
