Company claimed they were in area cutting trees so they assessed our trees and provided us with a quote. The price was excellent. The workers were friendly but after reading other reports about this company online, we discovered that they probably gave us misinformation about their company history. That being said, we werent so concerned about their history accuracy if they provided a good price and good work. They didnt finish the job and asked for full payment before leaving. They promised to come back the very next morning to finish. Apparently they told our neighbors the same story. They didnt show, nor did they call. The phone number on their business card never worked. I finally tracked them down by calling the check cashing company that they use. They did come back several days later and complete our work and our neighbor's work. In the process of cutting our trees, they snapped off the majority of our Japanese Maple tree which was quite distressing. Would I recommend them to a family member? Unfortunately not since they cannot provide an office address or phone number that is legit, and they did not return when promised. For several days, we thought that they would never return and we were just out money. We learned in this process not to go with a company that just stops by our door and claims to be doing work in the neighborhood. We learned not to pay until the job is complete. We learned that reputable companies provide an office address and working phone number to its clients.
