Carpet cleaning three stairs and my big basement

It went very well. Hector and his wife were very thorough. They took their time and did a fantastic job of cleaning my sectional as well as the area rug in front of it. I will call them again!

Hectors carpet cleaning did an outstanding job. They were prompt, professional and explained everything they would be doing. We will definitely bite them in The future.

I was present for the work, which went fine. In addition to the cleaning, Hector advised me to avoid the hose he ran from his truck, explained two small spots in a closet that wouldn't come out despite special treatment (in a location near a utility closet where a maintenance man repaired a leak two weeks earlier) and advised me how long to stay off the carpet.

Hector came to our home as agreed for an estimate and explanation of products used. We have two kitties and obvious concerns for their health. All carpet looks Better Than New! The carpet is a mid pile shag which could easily be ruined with improper treatment. I would absolutely recommend Hector for carpet needs.

Hector arrived with his assistant and made an estimate and explain what his Services included. we agreed on a price and then he went to work and did exactly what he indicated in his estimate. My wife and I were very pleased with the results because I had a couple of problems stains and he took care of them. We will certainly use him on our next carpet cleaning

They're really wonderful. We used Hector at our past location and now the new one. They returned a gold necklace they found between the move, that shows their integrity. Their service is prompt and quality of work is amazing. The price of work is amazing as well. They're thorough and are clean with their work which is why I keep using them.
