Dish Network

We aren't really happy with them. We continually have problems with the signal. We had a technician out last Friday. We have another one coming out tomorrow. If there is any weather issue, the light goes out. That's what we don't like about it. We didn't call to report it. The last time we called, the girl said there were no messages saying that we called on that issue. She told us to call every time it happened, so that's what we've been doing. It happens at least three or four times a week. When the technician came out, he replaced something on the dish. He came out again and did the same thing. There is another one coming out tomorrow. The price is good. We changed to them because the cable company we were with was higher than Dish. We are saving approximately $25 a month. The technicians have been very good. We have to try something new.

They are wonderful. They are very responsive. The installer was outside working in that hot weather. He explained everything and set up the service and made sure the remote was set up to the TV properly. He took the time to explain things several times for us so we knew exactly what we were doing. We never, ever have a complaint with them.
