We have used them quite a few times and they have always come through on cleaning the rugs.
The previous company that we were using was taking way too long to get the rugs back to me (over a month on 1 rug!) and I would have to drive about 40 minutes to get them.
Clean Scene will come pick-up our rugs wtihin a couple of days of my call and I've gotten them back within a week, delivered.
The rugs are always clean and I can make a payment over the phone. And they actually call when they are ready and will deliver them.
Most recent order they cut rugs pads for us and they forgot them when their van went out for delivery so they cut them that day and still delivered them that evening.
Highly recommend!
