I called Butler and Eicher to get my Septic tanked pumped out has it had not been pumped in at least 20 years. Mr. Greg Butler called me back promptly and made an appointment with me which was within 2 or 3 days. Mr Butler called me first to confirm and then came at the appointed time. I wasn't sure exactly sure where the tank opening was but Mr. Butler had it located within 10 minutes. Excellent service and encountered no problems. I will definatly use this service in the future.

They called to let me know they were on their way, once here they did their job and made sure to replace any grass they had to move out of the way. The gentlemen was nice and courteous and did a good job.
