Mr. William Barker originally came out on 3/13/14 to replace chimney flue covers that had blown off. He recommended some repairs to chimney and provide a quote at that time to do the work. We called him back in October 2014 to have him to the suggested repairs. He had misplaced the originally order but asked what he had recommended and the cost. He came out, verified the size needed to extend the one flue, came back and did the repairs and charged the price quoted. He did a nice job and it looks great.
