Howler Tree Care

Not quite as planned. Fairly big tree needed removed came out 1 time . I paid around half after 1st time work performed. Was told would be back ,they needed bucket truck. Never called or responded in 6 months and still left sticks and branches around the base of tree. It appeared they did good job with what they did do,just never finished. In mean time had some branch damage property. Just be wary and get stuff in writing.

We chose Howler Tree Care because of the 5 star reviews on their website, but our experience with them was much different. A large Ash tree was to be removed on our property, however in the process our 30+ foot Bradford Pear tree was destroyed when the Ash tree fell on it and crushed it. According to their website their projects were done "without damaging your property". Not only was damage done but it was never corrected and we were left with just a stump that was never removed and no tree replacement as was promised by James Clark. We in good faith paid James in full with his promise to replace the tree and remove the stump. After many text messages and phone calls since July to have him return and resolve the issue nothing has been done and we were left with an eyesore in our front yard all summer. At this time we still continue to wait for removal and replacement of damages incurred to our property. We are very disappointed in our experience with Howler Tree Care
