Jeremy was very efficient and professional. His inspection was thorough and detailed. He noted everything and took pictures of items and issues in his report. He wore covers on his shoes and was careful around the property. He wrote up his report and had it to us the next day. The report was comprehensive and easy to understand as to what needed attention and why. He was informative. He answered questions while he was here and in follow up conversation. He was very responsive. We highly recommend him.

Blue Raven Home Inspections did a exceptional job on my home inspection. I made my appointment with ease, and found that my agent showed up ON TIME! He spent several hours going over the home from top to bottom. My friendly agent even took me on a tour of his findings afterward... showing me in person, problem areas that needed work...I appreciated this so much! I was also amazed at the knowledge I acquired reading over my own home inspection report online! Not only was the PDF very easy to open over e-mail... It had all areas of the house that was inspected, broken down through sections, like, windows, foundation, roof which made it VERY easy to navigate... Blue Raven Inspections even took high resolution photos of their findings. Detailed descriptions were also given under each photo! In my particular case, I found the photos of my roof very beneficial in my report...and probably saved me a ton of money in the long run. Lead Paint was also a problem with the foundation of my home, and with having a small child, this was something important for me to know. I was glad my agent was able to detect it and give me ideas on how to correct it. As far as cost, I found Blue Raven Inspections very competitive to other inspectors in our area. I would defanetly give Blue Raven Inspections a A+, and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home inspector.
