DAve came out and gave us a quote, and we set up date of service.  Hit a snag when the crew could not access the area above the room so they could coat the ceiling.  So regrouped, got a new quote and they came out the next week.  They took out part of the ceiling so they could access the roof area and got the spray foam up in that are as well as the knee walls and slope.  Also made a number of small holes in garage ceiling to allow for dense packing of the cellulose.  They cleaned up well and the sheetrock person came back on 2 days to complete the repairs and make sure a second coat was applied. 
The room is noticeably more comfortable (in the 90's outside this week and the room is now comfortable) and we look forward to it being better in winter as well

Atlantic Spray Systems had done waterproofing on a new foundation that we had put in on a house lift seven years ago. This spring another contractor was in the crawl space to give a quote on new access doors when he noted extensive wood rot on a portion of the floor joists. He sent pictures and an extensive plan for sistering joists and adding special floor jacks for $29,000. He blamed Atlantic Spray Systems for not properly preparing the crawl space during the original project. So I contacted Art Mowry. Art was extremely responsive and asked if he could inspect the crawl space, which he did the next day. He took moisture readings and shared that all of the work we had done and the systems we put in place to mitigate moisture was working perfectly; the damage was caused by the years of flooding that had taken place prior to the lift that eventually effected the wood. Even though he was able to prove that it was not his company's fault (thus not their responsibility), he still arranged a crew to complete the joist repair for $2200. Extraordinary service and definitely above and beyond the call of duty. I couldn't be more impressed with Art and his employees.

Very good experience. Really felt like contractor wanted to do a good job.
