Beyond the fact they were on time, not much else gone well. Took weeks to finally dry/harden. There are tread marks all over the driveway. Cracks appeared within the first two months. I called, spoke with the office manager, left messages- never received a call back. With six months the center of the driveway began falling apart. Rather than 2 inches of Asphalt there was less than 1/2 an inch. We have a hole in the center of the drive that is only going to get bigger. The tar and chip set was not mixed properly or applied properly as it is falling apart in many places. The sealant applied has done little to help maintain the integrity of the driveway. Spoke with Noah and scheduled a time to meet. He never showed and has not called. I sent him photos of the driveway. I have yet to get a response.

Within six months I now have holes developing in the center of the driveway. The Asphalt is less than 1/2 an inch. The chip set was not properly mixed and is falling apart. I spoke with Noah a week ago, set an appointment for him to meet me at my house. Noah promised to "make it right" but bever showed. I sent a message yesterday with the photos below and did not hear back. I went with them on a recommendation from a fellow veteran. I will probably end up paying twice for the same job now!

Their price was 50% higher than the company I selected.

Horrible, while in my neighborhood to do some neighbors driveways they managed to block the road multiple ways and also threw all the waste into the road as they worked. When they were done they left everything where it was and haven't been seen since. Rude, unprofessional, and in general an unwelcome guest in the neighborhood!!

Scam...Came by to seal my driveway but he used that oil based junk. Told me it wasn't. I wanted the matte look.  Now the driveway always looks wet.

Royal Paving was able to give me a free, next-day quote after I called them. Once we accepted the contract they came out the day after it stopped raining (it had been raining for almost a week straight, they advised a full day of sunlight for our gravel driveway to fully dry before beginning the project). They graded and paved our driveway with 3 inches of asphalt. They were punctual, communicated well with me, and got the job done within a day and now we have the best looking driveway on the neighborhood! Definitely recommend. These guys are what every small business should try to be. Also, our driveway is about 30 feet long and on a hill.

Buyer Beware. and quot;We can do it todayand quot; should have been a red flag. I only researched the average price for driveway sealing ($0.10 - $0.25) after I had agreed to their deal. I paid twice that and then $600 on top of it for some cold patch on my spots needing repair. Apart from the price, they did an admirable job. I would have no problem with their service if I had negotiated half or one third what I paid.

Exactly as contracted. on time, efficient and delivered final product on time.

After some highly informal discussing and negotiating, we settled on a price and the next day they were there at the promised time and finished the job in a few hours. Their work was extremely good. They were friendly and polite. Many of my neighbors have made positive comments on the appearance of the work and asked for the company's name.
