It wasn't the easiest job. He had to go in the crawlspace and snake it up our bedroom wall so it wouldn't be seen.  He did an excellent job.  Not only did he do a good job, he went out of his way to come early, because the people who were installing the TV were going to leave and come back another day after the cable line was installed.

There were problems with our generator so things did not go smoothly and Gary stuck with us until we had ordered and replaced a broken part on our generator, which is a tri-fuel so a bit more complicated than the average gas only fueled generator.
The work required digging a trench between the houses, which Gary did with his own equipment, and he came back promptly to replace the dirt in the trench even though it was absolutely freezing ground which is difficult to work with.
After the work was done, he came back to explain exactly how to start the generator, with step by step written directions handy in an emergency situation, (or anytime the electricity fails). When Gary saw that our particular generator did not have a reliable circuit breaker, he re-wrote all of the directions to provide a safer alternative to the first set of directions. Then we tested the generator, trying the active breakers in both houses, and when one outlet was not working, he came back within a week and fixed the problem, so that now our system is working exactly as it should be.
Gary answered calls and emails and provided service in a timely manner, was polite and trustworthy, and experienced enough to respond to a variety of issues that came up with our job.

I contacted Gary when I needed his assistance when my hot water heater stopped making hot water. I contacted Gary and he came the same day and addressed the problem immediately. Since no parts were involved and labor was minimal he did not charge me for this visit, which was very nice. This is the third time that I have used Gary's services so I wanted to go ahead and write a review since I had not done so before. He had done work at my church and more recently at my home the HVAC wiring went bad (service charge that time was $90 if I remember correctly, which I found to be very fair). I would definitely recommend Gary especially for folks in the Greene and Orange County areas.

Very well. He discussed the projects and sought consultation along the way as needed.
