The work required digging a trench between the houses, which Gary did with his own equipment, and he came back promptly to replace the dirt in the trench even though it was absolutely freezing ground which is difficult to work with.
After the work was done, he came back to explain exactly how to start the generator, with step by step written directions handy in an emergency situation, (or anytime the electricity fails). When Gary saw that our particular generator did not have a reliable circuit breaker, he re-wrote all of the directions to provide a safer alternative to the first set of directions. Then we tested the generator, trying the active breakers in both houses, and when one outlet was not working, he came back within a week and fixed the problem, so that now our system is working exactly as it should be.
Gary answered calls and emails and provided service in a timely manner, was polite and trustworthy, and experienced enough to respond to a variety of issues that came up with our job.
