The crew that repaired your fascia has been out on vacation, so I wanted to get their feedback before responding to your review of our company. We repaired your fascia wrap on the side of your house during a snow storm February 19, 2015, we moved repairs around your job because of the severity which in this case was moved up to an "emergency repair" due to the amount of water that could get behind your fascia and cause more damage during the storm. We did the repair the same day during a major snow storm with low visability. When we called you after the storm to check on the repair you stated your husband said the two pieces didn't match up perfectly, we came back and replaced the piece that didn't match at no additional charge. Then we followed up with an additional phone call to make sure you were happy. You called us back three days later to tell us you and your husband were both very happy with the repair. We have a net 10 payment system. We worked with you to break the repair up in 3 installments of $110 due 3/31, $120 due 4/20 and the final payment of $120 due 5/20 at your request. We had to call each time to get the past due balance, all of what I see in the system was billed the correct amount each time, receiving final payment 5/28. You paid via credit card so I'm not sure why you say "they billing was crazy and was billed incorrectly". Please feel free to call our office and we will be happy to assist you any way we can. Our commitment is always to satisfy our customers. We appreciate your feedback."

Had a leak in the winter and had it repaired within an hour, they knew exactly what was causing the leak over the phone. Roof needed replaced and due to the weather they recommended a temporary repair for now and once we had warmer weather they would re-roof the house. No hidden surprises with this company, they did exactly what they said they would do. Love the professionalism of this company. Definitely would recommend them very strongly.

The roof was replaced and there were no hidden cost. Very impressed with having the owner help with the roof, not like previous roofing companies that I used on my parents home last year. Very detailed with the estimate and did not ask for more money than what was quoted. Would recommend them to anyone I know.

This outstanding group of workers were very clean, very personal with there work ethics. To see the owner of the company on the job site everyday was very impressive. Now that my roof is done and we have had snow to rain. I have no issues with my roof. THANK YOU MARTIN ROOFING COMPANY FOR AN OUTSTANDING JOB! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO ANY FAMILY OR FRIEND IN NEED OF A ROOF.

Very clean well mannered people, very clean and neat. Protected our bushes, flowers and pool area. We had nothing to clean up once they were finished. (We have a pool in the back yard close to the back porch). Informed us of everything, what they quoted was exactly what we got! Love our new roof.
