They were really quick to respond. Our furnace wasn?t blowing any heat so I talked to a lot of people to figure out what was wrong. I called Boyer and they came out the next day. The replaced the thermostat within ten minutes. I had replaced it myself this summer but there was an unmarked wire. They rewired everything and now we are warm. Their price was reasonable; it was actually a lot cheaper than the others. I would definitely use them again.
