TILLEY'S LANDSCAPE & LAWN MAINTENANCE

Overall, we feel Tilley's is a good company. We contracted with them based on the recommendations of a friend and were not disappointed. They finished the job in a relatively timely manner and did a nice job with everything (the sod looks amazing). We did have some issues with our electronic controller box which they had to come out and look at several times before it was fixed. We felt they responded promptly and seemed dedicated to resolving the issue, although we were concerned that the problem could not be fixed the first time. We also were surprised to find a set of muddy footprints tracked throughout the carpeting in our Florida room (where the controller is located) after the first time they came out to check the system. We contacted Tilley's to report this and Jim Tilley addressed the matter immediately--he was VERY unhappy that one of his workers had done that, and apologized profusely to us. It did not happen again in subsequent follow-up visits. Finally, prior to our contract being worked out, we did leave a few phone messages in the office that were not returned or followed up on. But once our contract was in place, we felt the overall responsiveness (especially from Jim Tilley himself) was good.

When I first called, Tilley's was very responsive and professional. A receptionist took my information and said that an estimator would be in touch with me as soon as possible. He was, and he told me that he would be out early the next week to look at our property and give us an estimate for the work. It has now been two weeks and two phone calls later to see if we can get our estimate but no one has ever returned my phone calls. Again, when I call the main number, the person there is always very polite and professional - but at the end of the day I still don't have an estimate and am not going to spend my time trying to chase down a service provider to give them my money. I will find someone else who wants the business.

Things went very well. They were speedy and got someone there quickly.

Tilley s does a great job in our yard. The mulch looks good and making the trimming easier for us. The trimming of the shrubs was also done nicely. We have used this company for various jobs in our yard. I have been happy with the results. They do an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to others.

I had a great experience with Tilley's. I explained exactly what I wanted around my patio and they put in very nice plants. They laid sod in the entire backyard as well as an irrigation system. The job was done quickly and looks very nice now.
