The installation went well, and I was guaranteed that I would never have to worry about gutters again. However, the hood over the gutters clogs very easily. Now, after only 3 years, Thompson Creek will not honor their promise to clean when ever the gutters don’t function as they are supposed to! I would not have wasted the $6 K to have these gutters installed if I had known that I would still have to pay someone to come out and clean them every year!!! For the first two years, they did come and clean them, but I guess now that they are getting more calls for their poor performance, they are no longer honoring their word! Don’t waste your money!!!
