Flooring, Ceramic Tile Service
Very bad. They used the wrong adhesive (according to the manufacturer's rep) and there was a chemical reaction that caused the flooring to yellow. I went into the store to complain. They said they would have someone call me. They didn't. I called on the phone. They wouldn't return my calls. I sent a letter and they never responded.
