SHELF CONVERSIONS

Excellent job. One measurement was off because the doors were not on when the company came the first time. So the man came back and fixed the problem with no complaints.

Fantastic. Instead of normal installation of rails found out the smaller side drawers (between sink & refrigerator) had only limited space. To keep from cutting down already small drawers, Roland and his assistant rigged drawers with the pull out rails one on the side (right) and one on the bottom (left). Not only strong, but visually appealing. Instead of estimated 5 hours of labor for 1 person, the assistant spent around 6 hours on just 4 small drawers and Roland spent about 9 hours, all for the original quote price (no increase for extra time spent). This type of job would not be repeated, but felt their honoring of the original proposal speaks to the high standard of this company. Good enough, that I have just contracted for a new job in a bath vanity. Roland's advise and recommendations are excellent. He always gives the feeling that you are ''the'' client and he's not on the run to get to the next client (when maybe he really is).

I love the new shelves that were installed in two of my bathrooms. The sales representative was the person who did the installation. He was on time for the initial appointment, and when the shelves were ready for installation, within the expected time-frame, the installer came on time for the installation. His work was great, and before he left our house, he cleaned up the working area. I couldn't have been more pleased.
