I was told they have only one person who can do this service and they were out of the office. The lady who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude talking over me. I am hiring someone else. We ended up with Orkin when Western Pest was bought, it has been down hill from there.

The manager came out to check if everything is fine without extra charge. Their pricing is reasonable. I am satisfied with their service.
