Orkin out of Newport News VA, Too hard to deal with.  Orkin calls at 3Pm Friday to say they will be there on Saturday, too bad we were gone for the week-end before they called.  They never return our calls and always have excuses as to why they can't communicate better.  Service is spotty, with each different technician you get a different response to questions about crawl spaces and under decks, not one has been able to get it right.

I have used them for years.  My guy has been really great and comes every month.  He is right on time during my scheduled time.  If I need to reschedule, no worries.  He is very efficient.  It's kind of pricey, but I have woods and I have big bugs.

They come any number of times for pest control in a month without any extra cost.

I have great experience with them. I had another company do things for me and it was a bad experience. I would definitely choose them over Terminix.

We are pretty familiar with the guy that always comes out. He is really knowledgeable, very friendly and does a great job. He comes out periodically. We are on a program. We think he comes out every two or three months and we think it is around $100 each time he comes out. If we have problems with mice or something like that he takes care of everything.

I would rate them highly.  I will continue to use them in the future.

After they sough a last-minute reschedule, I found another company.

They show up on time and they are nice as well. They did come out to fix the problem that we had with the bugs, but it wasn't successful. We pay them around $78 every other month. I would continue to use their services in the future too.

I've used Orkin for over 2 years now. Despite having gone through 3 reps over that time period, all the reps are very courteous, professional and punctual. They spray every other month (6 months annually). The price was $77 per visit until July 2008 when it increased to $84.70 per visit. There has been some improvement since I began the service; however, I am a little disappointed that after more than 2 years, I still see a few each week. Fortunately, they're dead when I see them... but still.

It has been great. They come out if I call for additional service, they show up within 2 days. He is very personable and professional. It is $40 a month for the pest control.

The team is trustworthy. I always get a phone call so I will know someone has been in my home, and if I have an outbreak they come again at no charge. (I live in a wooded area, so bugs go with the house.)

We were pretty pleased with their service. Their chemicals seem to be doing the job. We haven't seen near as many ants or insects since they sprayed. We have seen a great improvement. The service rep was very respectable inside our home and gave us a thorough report.

I enjoyed that they could remove any pest that was in my home. The workers were friendly and worked hard to complete the job. They make sure to come back one time a year to make sure that everything is okay. One time a year this company has the termite inspector to come and check for rodents and termites.
