Bob came to the house when promised. Due to the pictures I took of the equipment at his request, he had all the parts that may be needed. He pulled the bladder apart and showed me the clogged tube and switch. The bladder was the original in this house, aged 43, so it was a mutual decision to replace both. The new equipment was a perfect fit and was up and working quickly.

Bob arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job. He had to go get a part and returned to finish the job. He was personable, knew exactly what was needed to complete the job, gave excellent recommendations as to solutions to a shower issue upstairs. We would not hesitate and will call him again in the future as we need a plumber.

It must have been a small repair because Mr. Muldoon never even billed us for the service. He was prompt and courteous. He was professional and honest. I would recommend his services.

I did speak over the phone a couple of times and Mr. Muldoon was very pleasant and professional.

Had to take down cabinets to get to the water heater. Said no problem and put them back up.

There was debris from roofing materials in the vent pipe preventing water from draining down the drain pipe. (Don't ask me how the roofing debris got there; I am just glad he cleared it out.) He had to run the snake in there and flush it out three times. It would have been easy for him to say after the first or second time running the snake that the pipe needed to be rerouted. This would have cost $400 plus. But he tried a third time and finally the blockage was cleared. I am so thankful that he got the problem fixed for me on very short notice and for only the cost of snaking a drain, however, I rated a C for professionalism because snaking out a drain is a VERY messy affair. The drain he snaked out is under a wood cabinet that you cannot clean under. During the procedure a lot of black sewer water got into and under the cabinet. He worked hard to clean up what one can see of the cabinet but I had to soak the cabinet with bleach water. The cabinet smells of sewer now so I should replace it. A word to the wise. If you have plumbing work done under a wood cabinet try your best to put plastic or something under there to protect the cabinet before the plumber comes because he will be primarily concerned with getting your pipe cleared and less concerned with where the mess goes.

I have used his services for many years and he is always prompt, thorough, neat and professional. His chargesare very fair for the quality of his work and the magnitude of the job. I asked for his permission to make this reportand he readily agreed.

He is very reasonable on his prices and explains in details what and why he is doing the procedure. He is very punctual and shows up when he says he is going to.

I use him regularly. I've had him for 15 or 16 years. He's very professional and personable. He calls right back. If I can't reach him, I can leave a voicemail and he's very good about getting back to me. I don't really have anything to compare his price as I don't get estimates. I would continue to use him in the future.

I have used them before and as far as their rates go, I do not think they are the cheapest. They are not the most expensive either though. Bob Muldoon is the owner and I like that he responds quickly. He is always polite and works hard.
