They've been awesome! They come on time, do a good job and leave. They do what they're supposed to do. That's pretty much all I wanted. I have them every two weeks and it's $90 a time they come. It's a pretty standard fee for my size house in the area. It's pretty much what everybody I know is paying. They bring all of their cleaning stuff and everything.

Molly Maid has been cleaning my home for a few years and although I have had my share of complaints my husband assures me that it has mostly been due to my fastidiousness. Whenever I have called the office they have always been apologetic and offered options in order to ensure a better outcome on the next visit.

They do a thorough cleaning that I am always happy with. They customize the cleaning job for the clients needs. They have excellent customer service and follow up.

Company did a move out house cleaning for us. We were not there to supervise but the instructions we gave to the office person apparently didn't get communicated to the cleaning crew as some of the work we discussed didn't get attention. We may use in the future but we will be there to supervise.

They did a very good job. They're very professional. They're licensed, insured and monitored. They're job duties are specific. They get right to work. I feel comfortable having them in the home.

A flat rate of $80 an hour was given even though 2 bedrooms were not being touched, no vaccuuming was being done and I thought that $160 should clean my entire home throughly. I was told that the first payment had to be made by my debit card or credit card. The form even had a place for your 3 digit number on the back of your card. I just said that I do not give out my credit card information and that I would pay cash after the cleaning. As we were doing our walk through, my husband came from outside with our puppies and the owner did pet my dogs but didn't acknowledge my husband. I thought, "how rude" when you are trying to get someone's business. Overall, I ended up cancelling and going with another company who received an "A" rating on Angie's list. I am pleased with my new selection. Blessings!

It went great! I called and got service the next day! They were very professional and friendly to work with. My house looks great and I didn't have to do it!

Overall this was the most horrible experience for me. After realizing this company did not care about the customer (getting paid was their main concern) I paid the $130.00 within 30 days even though I did not get anything for my money. I couldn't afford an attorney to go to court so I felt I had no choice.
