Lawn Doctor has been doing my lawn for years. They come on time and the grass looks good.

I have had them for so many years, I have never compared prices with any other services, to know if the prices is comfortable with others. I just have been really happy with their services for many many years. If I ever had any complaint, they have always sent someone to handle it. That has only happened once or twice. We don't have any set time with them throughout the day, but they do have a set schedule throughout the year, and they seem to maintain it quite well. They have given me good services. I have a very pretty yard. I am happy with what they do. The workers are pleasant and efficient.

They've been fine. We've had no complaints with them. They have come when they've said they were going to come. The lawn is looking better. The weed killer does seem to be helping. I don't know that there's anything that stands out about them. It's the first place that we've used, so I can't really compare. They seemed to be reliable and it's working. We thought the price was reasonable enough.

Extremely responsive and a class act.  We had an issue with ticks showing up since we moved to a house located next to a wooded lot.  I found a tick on my 2 year old son and was upset.  Lawn Dr sent out a service tech in 2 days to spray for fleas, ticks, grubs, bees, etc.  I also decided to switch from VA Green to Lawn Dr to keep it one easy bill.  I can't say enough about how happy I am so far.

It was terrible. They never got the job done right. They tried to charge me for service visits that I did not agree to or want from them.
I repeatedly ask them to stop coming to my home. They kept on hanging door tags on my door for services that I did not ask for or want from them. They tried to charge me for these services and tried to damage my credit. I had to report them to my lawyer. They are not good and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very well. We have this done each fall by Lawn Doctor. We also get the Annual Lawn Treatment program.

They came out and applied weed and feed chemical spray to our lawn. We only purchased one application. It did make the lawn look better. They got rid of most of the unwanted weeds and made the lawn look greener. They tried to charge us for additional applications that we did not ask for. That was very unprofessional. They continued to send unwanted bills. I had to report this to their management.

.   They are reliable and they get terrific results. Their people are well trained and very polite.  I will continue to use them in the future.

They got rid of most of the weeds and the grass looks better, they did a pretty good job, but not perfect. It s just a small yard, so there isn t much to fertilize, but I m satisfied with their work.

Our neighbors fertilize their own lawn and theirs looks better than mine, I don t see where the treatments are doing much good. I think their prices are too high for the quality of the work and when my service runs out, I won t use them anymore. They leave an invoice on my door, and they tell me when to water the lawn.

Lawn Doctor does good work. They are professional and neat. They do not make an appointment, but they always leave me a work order of what they found and what they did while here. The only problem I have with them, however, is that they charge extra to do shrubs and other plants. I do wish that was included in the price. Given the chance, however, I would do my own yard, rather than hire anyone to do it. They do not leave me any cleanup and their prices are about the same as other companies.

I have been very happy with Lawn Doctor. They are very professional in their work. Lawn Doctor does not set appointments. They come and do their work and if I am home they tell me what they have done and give me a written work order of what they did. I have not really checked prices to see how they rate, as I have been happy with their work. When they leave they make sure everything is picked up and I have no cleanup to do after them.

Lawn Doctor did a good job of doing the fertilizing and the weed control treatment. The workers seemed to take the time to do a good quality job. I am very satisfied with their service so far. The results are good. I plan to continue using their services. They are a new company to me so I am still evaluating them.

Lawn Doctor of Chesterfield comes out every other month to do some inspecting before they treat our lawn or just to see progress being made from previous treatment. If they find anything that needs attention, they will inform us and they will resolve the situation.

They always show up on a scheduled basis per our contract. They explained the effect of the chemicals and that it was kid and pet friendly, which was what I preferred. I must say they keep our lawn looking good year round.

The Lawn doctor comes every six to eight weeks, because we've had infestation of insects. They've been coming for a year and they do a fair job, however we've still seen insects, especially in our crepe-myrtles.

They did a great job of taking care of our entire yard. They really shined in the winter months when the weather could be just brutal and during the warmer time of the year. They just totally rejuvenated our entire yard and made it look so nice.

We have been using them for about four years now and they have been trustworthy and dependable all this time. They have kept our lawn looking good the whole time we have been using them. They only came out 3 or 4 times a year, so it was really not a bad price either.
