Overall it went very good, I would rate them excellent. They were very professional and punctual. They seemed a little bitter on the project, but their pricing seemed pretty reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

They showed up when promised and even finished the job a couple of days earlier than expected. Within 48 hours of me putting down a deposit the materials were neatly stacked near our driveway. Throughout the week-long process, everything was left very clean and organized each night. The work was done professionally, on time, on budget and as promised. If everyone were this competent we would have no need for Angie's List. Jason was very eager to ensure our complete and total satisfaction. He also honored the coupon on this site for a 5% reduction.

The rep arrived on time for the estimate appointment, described their guaranteed service and was quite courteous. He promised an estimate in 48 hours, it took 2 weeks. The price was comparably good and he seemed competent and apologetic, so we went with the company. However, this was the first of several "misunderstandings" (his word). He would promise to call to confirm dates or information and then forget. Other times he called, often waking us at 7:20 am and then realized he didn't have all the info he needed and had to call us back. The start date was moved 3 times with no notice. The site was dug to the wrong dimensions and had to be corrected. The rep relied on memory rather than notes, often misremembering important details. The patio was not installed to the promised ICPI standards, an ICPI rep eventually acted as a mediator to get the project up to spec. The process was very stressful but, with our prodding, they honored their guarantee and all ended well.

They just put the finishing touches on the project today. These guys did a very-very good job. The wall and the area landscaped was quite large and on a hill so it was no cheap project. But I feel I definitely got my money's worth if you could see it. They spent a lot of time here and sent out skilled people to do this.

It took Lancrafters about three days to pull up all the old greenery and replace it with new plants. Although a few bushes died, they came and replaced them in a timely fashion. We're pleased with the new look of our garden.

The company does what they say they will when they say they will do it. First they had to move a shed out of the yard to get to eight huge trees. They were taken out chopped up and removed. They also put in a layer of topsoil in a low-lying part of the yard then covered it with straw. I also had stones put down in a lower part of the yard where I park my trailer. One week later a storm washed away the topsoil and straw. I paid for the soil and the labor was free!
