Ripped off. I was hopeful of having a good experience, since a friend referred me to this company, but that didn't happen. My A/C fan was constantly running, but not cooling. They came out and said it needed a capacitor, and that it would be $405. I agreed, thinking it was an expensive part and he needed a good amount of time to do the job. It took 45 minutes tops (he also cleaned the screen on the sides and checked the filter "for free".). He didn't leave me with a receipt, so I asked for one, and he emailed it right away. It was NOT itemized, and so there was no way to know how much they charged/hr., or how much the part was. I looked up the part online, and guess what...about $10. So BUYER BEWARE. When I called the office for information about hourly costs and the part cost, she said what another reviewer reported upon his call: that there is a flat fee, etc. Oh, and there's a $15 charge for their gas, since prices are so high, and to keep their "fleet mobile and ready to serve." The only positive part is that my AC is working, and the technician was very nice, but I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Billed $505.00 to replace a garbage disposal. The unit is currently available at Home Depot for $100.99. The job took at most one hour. I was initially told that there was a service fee of $109.00 and then the Tech would assess cost of parts and labor depending on length of time job took. I was informed later that there is a flat fee for this job, but the office staff are not provided that information. If I had been home when the Techs came I would have canceled the job. In essence was billed $404.01 labor for an hours work. The last time the job was done 6.5 years ago it cost me $210.00. The previous plumbers office was closed on Friday so I went elsewhere, wish I hadn't. The Techs were very professional and did a great job. We were led to believe the cost would be determined by parts and labor time however it was later stated as a flat fee which was exorbitant for the job.

Great! Wes was very responsive and had a quote to me the next day. His techs listened to our concerns and offered multiple solutions with varying price points. Once the work was agreed upon they began work the next week (incredibly prompt considering the demand of the season). All work was completed as advertised in less than two days. Would gladly recommend!!!
