Real Estate Service
Gilman & Bateman did a terrible job advertising and promoting the rental property, which was fine for us as it was still available, but I would never engage them to manage a property for me. Their staff is not responsive, does not follow through, or call back. They are also rude to customers in person. Gilman & Bateman are completely inflexible and terrible to deal with. I would never work with them again.
