+ -1 moreThe workers showed up every morning at 7am, on time, ready to work, no time wasted. The crew chief was knowledgeable and friendly, easy to talk to. I would come by every day around three, when they were finished and I was always amazed at the amount of work that was completed. The crew chief always kept me informed. At the end of the job, they cleaned up any mess they had made and left me with perfect walls to paint. The painter was amazed at the before-and-after look of the walls.
Description of Work: This project was in the Bank of America Building in Montpelier, Virginia. The Bank Closed and I won the auction. The Bank is being upfitted for a physical therapy clinic, owned by Keith Rathbone, PT, DPT. When removing the 27 year old wall paper, the outer layer of the sheetrock paper was torn badly, and needed special attention. Commercial Plaster and Drywall was contacted and, for the amount of work that the walls needed, the pricing for the job was very fair. It took three men, 7 full -8 hour days ( approximately 168 man hours) to prep and repair the walls, and now they look PERFECT. They also rocked the new bathroom and did other sheetrock repairs that were perfectly done. This company new exactly what to do to fix the problem and fixed it professionally in a timely manner. I recommend them highly, Keith Rathbone, PT, DPT
