Very easy to work with Sue Pike the designer. She made the electronic drawings on the spot and was immediately able to give me prices of the various options I wanted to see. Daniel, the installer, was very professional and timely. Highly recommend them for any needs you might have.

It went really well.  

Tom was very patient as I changed my design 3 times on the laundry closet before finalizing it.  I told him how I wanted to use each of the spaces and he came up with designs that worked well.  I was very impressed that sometime during each installation, Tom stopped by to ensure that everything was as we expected.

Daniel and the man from Romania (sorry I do not remember his name) were the installers.  They were always on time and very professional.  In addition, they did quality work.

Dianne Carroll always called before the day of installation to confirm the appointment.

The worker came in at 8:30 AM and was done by 9:50am. The new closet is neat and organized for maximum content with ease of organization. This is the second closet they have done for me, and they have done a lot of the work in their factory; so that installation went quickly. The price 8 years ago for a larger closet was $800, and this time for the smaller one $1500. This was hard for me, but I needed to have it done.

Great. I was very impressed with Steven. He met with me and discussed what I was looking to have done. He took a look at my clothes and helped to suggest ways to adjust the height of the various sections to maximize space. I was very impressed with his design ideas and the installation itself.

It went great. Very professional, delivered on what was promised on time and within budget. Sales designer and closet / cabinet tech were very personable and easy to work with.

Sue was always prompt.  She worked with us to create a functional and visually pleasing design.  She gave us good direction and guidance.  All the work was completed on the promised date.  I am very happy with the final result.

On January 21st I contacted the Closet Factory based on reviews from other members on Angie?s List.  My husband and I wanted to organize our master bedroom walk-in closet.  We had the standard wire shelving that we wanted to remove and install a new closet system. I was immediately contacted and assigned a sales service representative.  Lucky for us it was Sue Pike.  She was the representative I had read so many positive and wonderful reviews about from others on Angie?s List.  She set up a convenient time to discuss the changes we wanted to make.  I didn?t know where to start, but she came right in and provided a design that my husband and I absolutely loved.  We made some minor tweaks to the first draft and viola, the design was complete.  She even provided information for us to give to the electrician we hired to put electrical outlets between the shelving so that everything would be in place.  The installation was scheduled approximately 6 weeks after the final design.  On the scheduled date of March 5th the installer, Chris, arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job.  He was professional and a joy to work with.    

Overall, this was one of the best experiences I?ve had with a company.  Although they were a little more expensive than their competitors, the price was well worth the product and most importantly the peace of mind.  There was no hassling or juggling multiple demands. They truly have an organized way of completing the task with minimal intrusion on your time.  I would most definitely use the Closet Factory, and request Sue Pike, again for other projects in our home.

From the very start the company was professional and timely. Sue came to our home to talk to my husband and I and see what ideas we had to make sure she met our needs. She took measurements and designed the closet before she left. We made a few easy changes and we all left very excited. Loved how the pricing works. We did do some upgrades but Sue walked us through and explained all the pricing before we put it in the contract. The day of installation Chris arrived on time and worked diligently all day. The first day they were still working on a couple of custom items back at the workshop. Chris arrived the second day with everything ready to finish up. The end product is wonderful, great quality and made both of our closets much more functional. Would definitely recommend to our friends!

They are fine.  I got their name from another lady who had all her closets done, and then I called them. I like word of mouth, and as I move around, people tell me about providers. I have referred them to other people as well. They are excellent, they came here on time, the guy asked me what to do. My closets were unorganized, she came in and told me what to do. That time they had 300 Dollars off of the job, got the discount, they didn't play any games. The contractor came and he came at 8am and he said he would be done by 1, and he was done by then. They were excellent. My cousin came here and she saw my cabinets, and she then went and had hers done, and she told everybody at work about her. I really like her, she comes in, she talks to you and asks you what you would like. She has been doing it over 10 years. I do like them, and I recommend them. They even gave me extra shelves, and I didn't have to pay for it. I had a lot of space, and being short, I need a ladder to get up there, but now I utilize all the space. They are very professional. The lady is called Sue. She is very good. You pay more money for the different features. Sue gave me great ideas.

We met our design consultant Georgia In early February for estimates on installation of storage cabinets in the family  room where the wall units were installed, a master closet room, a laundry room, and office room with desks, bookcases and supplies cabinets. We met with Georgia again in mid February to look at the designs she had prepared based on our needs for these areas and the estimates. Since the wall units were our first priority, and difficult to find furniture with the specific measurements we wanted for our specific needs, we decided to have these installed first. So we chose the color of the wood, hardware and Georgia made slight changes to fine tune the design to accommodate our preferences.  She was very patient and spend 3 hours with us on each visit.  A couple of days later we got a revised estimate on the wall units and scheduled the installation for the second week of April, since we were not going to be in town for most of March.
The installation was done on the second week of April for the most part. It was not complete due to a small glitch on how the hinges on 5 doors were installed on the wrong side. The installer quickly called the office and requested new doors with the hinges on the correct side to be installed in two weeks. After two weeks I was told that the doors were not ready, and perhaps they would be installed by the third week. When I called to find out when the installer would come on the third week, I was told that he had not been scheduled for that and I would have to wait a little longer because the installers have to follow a very strict schedule. In other words I had to go back to the end of the line. I could not understand why the office scheduler ordered the new doors but did not schedule the doors' installation. That's when I called Georgia and asked if there was something she could do to talk to the lady in the office that does the scheduling to expedite the completion of the installation. Georgia was very nice and professional and very receptive to my concerns.  She called me back soon afterwards to say a installer would be at my home that afternoon.  The installer came and finished the job with the correct doors and installation of knobs and handles, leaving the site clean and neat.
The wall units were very nice and we received many compliments from friends and family. The design was great and installation would have been great too  if it wasn't for the scheduler lack of planning and unwillingness to care about my concerns about having to wait 3 weeks for the installation to be completed.
As far as the price I paid for the wall units I gave it a B because this is the going price for custom made furniture to the desired dimensions, type of finish, custom details and location in a room. They make the cabinets to the exact dimensions and they look very elegant. I would use this company again if I could afford it for the other rooms in my house,

Very helpful designer, willing to listen to all my requirements and designed accordingly. He invited me to their design center/workshop and showed me many examples of their custom cabinets, then took me into the company's workshop where i could see how the build the cabinets, what the raw materials are like, what the craftsmanship is like, etc. The Installer was top-notch and installed the cabinet very professionally.

It went very well.  Everything from start to finish was very timely and professionally done.  He even cleaned up after himself!!  : )
I spent the extra money and got the Lucite fronts on the shelves.  I love it.  No more just rebuying stuff I already had, but couldn't see or reach.  Wish I'd have done this years ago.  A bit pricey, but well worth it in the end.

The installation went smoothly. My installer arrived at 8am as promised and he told me he would be finished by 1PM. the old closet fixtures were removed and the new one was built and installed on site. There is some painting that must be done by the owner ( I knew this in advance) to cover up the old holes in the walls. They do not paint. Not a problem for me. I really enjoy my new space. Money well spent.
