Beautiful Bodies Auto Body

Perfect. I can NOT tell where the damage was. I had gotten another estimate which was higher than Beautiful Bodies. Someone had backed into me hitting the right front fender just behind the headlight. Perfect match.

Upon picking the car up the first time, I noticed that the hood was very obviously crooked. Since we picked it up on a Friday, we subsequently noticed that there was a shimmy in the front end when we were on the interstate going 70 miles per hour; and that there was a vibration in the steering at stops. Since Beautiful Bodies had worked on the car for 2 weeks, we were both surprised that there were all of these issues. My husband sent me discuss what we had found. I went to show the car and discuss what our next steps should be. I was shocked when Tim told me that if I could provide him with a list he would be happy to fix it. I was under the impression that the body shop should find what is wrong with the car and tell me? But even though I was taken aback by that attitude, I agreed to continue to drive the car, put together a list, and bring the car back. When I got home, I found out that Tim (the gentleman I spoke to) had told my husband that I came in and quot;looking for a fightand quot;. This was also told to our mechanic. I don't like being talked about especially when it isn't true. The truth? The car had to go back and the hood was crooked; there was a shimmy in the front end; and there was a vibration at stops. And now the shimmy still exists so we will need to take the car back for a third time. It is a shame I can't upload photos to show how obviously crooked the hood was. I am not a body work person but for it to be so obvious to me, that should speak volumes to the quality of their work. And in spite of what their impression of any customer is, they should keep it to themselves. It is poor customer service to do anything else.

They were courteous, they seemed like they were a very good company to take your car to. Their parts they use are after market parts, they don't guarantee, if they put that part on my car and three weeks later, a month later it falls off after driving and hitting bumps, the insurance company doesn't back that. The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable, the place was clean, very organized. The place was very clean, very presentable.

The owner was the one who did my estimate. He was very police and professional. He completed my estimate in a timely manner. I called later to schedule the work. The repairs were supposed to take 3 days but it was completed in 2 days. Tim (the owner) called me to tell me it was ready and I could pick it up. He offered to wash it if I left it with him for the extra day. I took him up on his offer. The truck looked great. You could not tell where the damage was! I will definitely use them again.

They were friendly, professional, and did a great job. I'd use them again.

A written estimate was made. When I scheduled the work, I was told the job would take two days. I picked up the car on time, and the bumper looked like new. The price charged was the same as the estimate. Personnel were friendly and helpful. I had used this company about 15 years ago and returned because I was happy with the work then.
