I will do a Comparative Market Analysis report on the recent homes sales in your area or subdivision where appropriate and explains it in great detail to help you come to the proper price range in which to list your property. Home will list in the Multiple Listings service, I will in install the Electronic lock box, your home will be advertise on multiple websites, highly professional yard sign, Professional flyers, open house. I will handle and prepare all contracts paper work and other documents and is there to directly assist you every step of the way. I will handle negotiation with the buyer’s agent. I will coordinate and assist in arranging the inspection and working with the buyer’s agent , buyers, finance/mortgage companies, escrow and any other party involves to insure the sale is actually complete based on time limits in the contract.You can e mail me at [email protected] .

Once I moved to California, she kept me well informed of the whole process almost on a daily basis. There were many times where I had questions and due to the time zone difference, Ihad called her at odd hours. Not even once I got the impression that she was getting frustrated. She was very patient and made it a point that I was feeling comfortable.
