Our dog is a member of the Woof Pack, meaning he gets groomed every other month. He LOVES Humberto! Everyone is courteous and professional. All the groomers listen to what we want/need and we always have a happy pup. Price is based on breed. I like the convenience of the mobile grooming. They arrive within the 90-minute window and grooming takes about an hour. Highly recommend them!

Very, very unprofessional and unreliable!!! I had a groomer that would show up at times and other times not at all. I talked to Woofies and they assured me that things would change with another groomer. In fact I was promised there would be no issue with obtaining an appt for my dog in a 2 week period. I contacted them for his next grooming appt and was told the wait will be 5 weeks! I talked to Renee again to explain the inconsistency of her previous comments that I would be able to obtain an appointment for my elderly dog. Her focus is not to please the customer it is to brag about how their business is growing daily, but yet they cannot maintain the customers that have actually been their clients for yrs.

They are courteous, have good groomers, and knowledgeable. They listen to their clients, understand when the clients talk about their pets, and what needs to happen with their pets. They need to groom our dog fast because, she is in the car a lot, and they are quite accommodating. They are professional, and come out and talk to us. They are a small business that gets it, and they provide an outstanding service. It is $150 per pet. We are on a 10 week rotation with them.

We've used Woofies for about year and they are wonderful! We have young 2 cats that love people and love to play so when we go out of town, we always hire Woofies to care for them. They text us to let us know what's happening and how they're doing and leave notes for us to read when we get home. I can't say enough good things about this company and the employees we've had watch our cats.

Woofies has been a complete surprise. We had previously spent twice as much on kennel-type boarding for our dog and just hated it. Our dog is an indoor dog who wants to be with people - not alone or even outside with other dogs. With Woofies, our dog gets to stay in a LOVING HOME. She actually gets excited when she sees us packing up her overnight bag because she knows where she's going and obviously loves it.... So much so that she runs right in & ignores us when we drop her off! We have met the owners, other people who work there - you can tell that they are all incredibly caring people who love animals and understand that they are "children" to some of us. We used to hate leaving our dog behind when we traveled or went into DC overnight. Now, we actually do more things because we know that our baby is in her "second home," where it's like her very own vacation & we know that she is completely happy & safe. Thank you Amy & Leslie for starting & running such an amazing company that feels like Family. Oh! There is also a "dog taxi" service which we also sometimes use if we can't drop off or pick up our dog - SO CONVENIENT!!!!

Woofies dog walking services is fantastic from their customer service to our dog walker, Katie.  They have become part of my extended family.  Katie has been taking care of our 1.5 year old energetic Labrador Retriever for a year now.  We can't say enough great things about her.  She is warm, friendly and showers our boy, Jake, with so much love.  She never treats Jake like any other dog.  When he was sick and/or recovering from surgery and we had to cancel our Woofies walking services, Katie would still come by to visit him on her own personal time.  She would email/text just to check in on him.  As pet parents, we know what a handful our boy can be at times, so it's hilarious when we read the sweet notes that Katie leaves us about Jake after her visits. 

Leslie and Amy, the co-owners, at Woofies are wonderful.  They love dogs!  They always make you feel like you have the most special pet(s) in the world.  They do a great job in running their business, providing excellent walking services and customer service.  I would highly recommend their walking service.

Woofies walkers have been walking my dog for the last 3 years. I would trust my dog with no other walker except Woofies. They show up on time, are friendly and the price is right. I recommend to every owner for their peace of mind. Woofies is the best.

Last contact was a cancellation. I have used Woofies only a handful of times, but they cancelled on me once and another time they were arrived an hour past our scheduled time. That being said, they do very good work with my dog and when they gave him a haircut, they did a very nice job.

They are great. I can't take my dog to a groomer because she is old. So they come to the house, put her up into their van, and trim her nails. It only costs $20 for all four and it's well worth it. They also do full service grooming in their van.

After a year and a half with Woofies Mobile Pet Spa, we have parted ways. Woofies took care of our Labrador Retriever when he was only a puppy at 8 weeks and pampered him. However, as my 16 lb puppy turned into a 90 lb puppy, the level of his exuberance was becoming too much for their groomers. Over time we had a total of five different groomers come by, so the consistency wasn't quite there, quality began to slip, and I paid for services that were not rendered. To Woofies credit, they do have excellent customer service and Renee, the Mobile Pet Spa manager, tried to make it right. Unfortunately, not all of the groomers can handle young, energetic, larger breed dogs. A difficult but amicable decision was made to terminate our grooming services with Woofies. My family still use their pet sitting service, which is fantastic.

Leslie and the team at Woofie's is awesome! We have one of our two (2) cats groomed regularly by them. What a blessing to not have to torture our cat by putting her in the car to take her to the groomers. Michelle is extremely friendly and so gentle and kind to our cats, especially the one who's not fond of strangers. They arrive when they say they will, sometimes even early. I've always been pleased with their service.
We also have Woofie's provide sitting service for us. Once again, extremely professional. I love the updates on what service was provided. Even the occasional photo. We went to Europe and they sent regular text messages to let us know all was well. They've even called to express any health concerns so that we could have them addressed immediately.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They take care of your babies as if they were your own. Thanks for professional, caring service. You know these are true animal lovers who care about you and your family.

They are really awesome. They have a van to do to the grooming so come to our house and they're really great. The price depends on the dog or your animal. I have two very large Newfoundland so they are very furry and I think I paid a little bit over $100 for each of them but there was a lot of work that needed to be done. Thy are very friendly. I like the fact that the mobile spa actually came to our house and we didn't have to worry about taking our dogs in the car to the groomer. They just came to the house, picked up the dog and they took care of them and rung the doorbell when they were done. It was a great service.

In every instance where Woofies has provided dog walking services, long-term dog baby-sitting or grooming, the company has performed perfectly. My dog loves Woofies representatives and readily adapted to their care. The mobile dog grooming service spares both my pet and me from the stress normally associated with grooming at a third-party groomer. They follow directions assiduously and are quick to inquire as to my preferences if unclear on any course of action. Again, if I can't do it myself or have a trusted relative do it, then Woofies is the only other vendor to which I will turn.

I just love my dog Cassi and my cats. They are a part of my family and when I was going out of town for vacation, the thought of boarding them was just horrible after a bad experience I had before moving into the area. So I looked into pet sitting companies in the area, and boy were there a lot! After interviewing a few and looking at prices, Woofie's seemed to stand out. One of the owner's, Amy, came to my home, met my pets, and was a delight! I got a chance to meet my walker, Lisa, before hand as well, and she took to my pets right away! I felt I could leave and feel confident that my pets would be taken care of. While I was away, I got updates and pictures from Lisa and Amy, and when I came home my pets were very relaxed and happy! It was like I was never gone! I also used their grooming service for Cassi and both of my long haired cats, and Libby is amazing! A++++++++ all around! As long as I live in Ashburn, I will never use another service!

They arranged for certain amount of visits based on what our needs were and we requested for 3 visits a day; they charged $19 a visit. There was absolutely nothing I disliked about them; they were wonderful and responsible. They kept us well informed about our pet; they did text us and we had four pages of notes on full size paper of how things went. They kept the house neat and nice; they picked up doggy droppings afterwards. They were incredibly responsible. Their price was quite within the same range as other providers. When we entrust an older pet, we want someone good and they were phenomenal. We have already scheduled them for their next visit.
