Very disappointed with the work . It wasn't completed properly. Keep asking for more money after estimate and starting the project. Plumbing wasn't done correctly as My vanity sink leaks water. Theses guys claimed that they are -know it all -but they are handy man professionals on flooring maybe, still not the best workmanship. I wish I hired different contractor.

They did understand my requirements, offered some alternative and creative. Completed the work on schedule, actually a little early. The crew was knowledgably, courteous, worked together well.

Sara and her worker called on Friday, came quickly, gave a quote, went out for supplies and returned to FINISH the job that day! I was so impressed with her speed and professionalism. I asked a question that night and she insisted on returning the next morning to tweak the project. I will be calling her for future jobs. Great experience.

Starting with the first phone call with Sara at Ultimate Home Renovations, I was impressed. Very polite, very knowledgeable, and was willing to do it "my way". Gave me a bid based on pictures that I sent her to break down and haul away an old large wooden playset. We agreed upon a price and told her I would not pay anything until every piece of wood was removed. She agreed, arrived when she said she would with her crew, completed the job in just a few hours. They also installed wood floors and metal spindles for banister. They did a great job.

Friendly service and very responsive. They do everything they can to help customers. They aren't as organized or professional as other companies and don't clean up or take extra steps and pay attention to details that other companies do, such as taking off shoes or putting scrub covers on shoes before coming in, they make a bit of a mess when working and do an okay job cleaning after, but don't lay down any floor protection when painting or patching. A little bit sloppy work. Had to come back to fix some minor things they didn't do when they were there. But the job was done & price was good

They had to come back several times to get the job right. They charged me for each they had to return for work that was not done right the first time. In the end, I told them not to return and I had to search out another handyman to complete the work.
