They're very good. They're were very attentive to all our needs. They pick up cleaning every other week. My husband has had stains on his shirts, some of which they've been able to get out and some they haven't, depending on the fabric and the stain. I can make the request online or on the phone. We've used this cleaner since they opened for business about four to five years ago. I really like the pick up and drop off service. I would tell a family member or friend that they are comparable to other companies but they will pick up. I've even called the same day and if they have a driver in the area they will pick it up. They are worth the money.

The actual dry cleaning was not bad. I haven't really ever sent them anything challenging, so I don't know how they would deal with tough stains or delicate items. My experience, nonetheless, was rather negative given their punctuality and their customer service. After a couple of months of dry cleaning that ranged between $50-$100 a month they stopped showing up. It took me a while to get a response to my voicemail messages and emails, and then they told me they'll only pick up upon request because there were frequent pick ups that were empty. I eventually decided to cancel my account as the discussions degenerated into disappointing arguments, such as claiming that on average they pick up 16 times a week which implies that the month has 8 weeks! Thus, I don't recommend working with these guys because: 1) They decided to stop showing up without notification. 2) Was rather difficult to reach anybody there either through email or voicemail. Finally, 3) their attitude was careless. I'd rather do business with a cleaner who cares about my business than one who doesn't.

"We are sorry to loose the member as our valued customer. Driver was going there twice a week, so basically about 8x times a month in average, but his pattern for past several months was only once a month usage. Because of many wasted trips, we requested if he could help us to run more efficiently by notifying us whenever he had need service, which we multiple way to facilitate this such as clicking on the date at our website, smartphone applications, phone, email, etc. But, he kept refusing so we kept him regular 2x a week for a course of two months mainly because he would just divide up the bigger loads into smaller ones and have more frequent pickups, but that wasn't happening. As the member, acknowleges we provide great quality of finished garments and don't loose garments through our bar code system, so if the member wants to give us another shot by remaining as On-Call customer we want to offer $50 free dry cleaning for coming back."

Registered online for wash and fold laundry to be picked up at my home on Capitol Hill. I was sent reminder notices of the the pick - up by email. The instructions say to place your laundry on the porch in a bag before 8:00am on a Wednesday. They sent an email at 9:14pm on Tuesday night that they do not service my area. Well, I had already placed my laundry on the porch and headed to work. I am thinking if they would cancel they would have called. They received all of my contact information. Checked my email at 8:00am and they have cancelled. When I called them they said that they don't come in that part of Capitol Hill??? Maybe they should list the areas they do service. There ad claims they service DC and Capitol Hill. I think an email in the middle of the night was unprofessional. They could have followed it up with a call just to ensure that I am not leaving my clothes which I did on my porch without the chance of them getting picked up by the proper people

"Customer signed up and we notified later the same day around 9pm-ish to let her know we don't cover her area. I am sorry we had to email, we didn't want to call customer phone after 9pm. This the time when our route manager plans the driver's day for the following day. Not sure what else we else we do could at that point, to notify to put the order out because her street was outside coverage area."

I began using Total Cleaners in the summer of 2008 and will now be discontinuing my service with them. During the time that I used their services, I was always very pleased with the quality of the work (i.e. dry cleaning, pick up/delivery, etc...), but recently, I have called on two occasions with questions and both times, the quality of the customer service I received was less than great (i.e. rude and unprofessional), and for that reason, I will no longer use Total Cleaners. I have found another dry cleaning delivery service with extremely competitive pricing and am quite confident that I will be much happier.

"The member's usage was once a month for several months, but driver was coming out automatically twice a week in average of 8x to 10x a month. We simply asked politely if we could put her ON-CALL basis. As delivery business that offer FREE pickup/delivery service it is important to run an efficient route and usually customers are all for this, but she was not pleased with this and decided to cancel service and post this report. As the member acknowledges, we provided GREAT QUALITY OF WORK, if she wants to continue as ON-CALL basis, we are willing to offer her next dry cleaning order complimentary(up to her regular monthly load that reflects in her usage history). Thank you!"

They are very responsive. They are also courteous and efficient. I have used them for about a year and have had no problems with them at all. They alway show up when they say they will.

They come to the home to pick up the clothes and drop them off as well. It is a great service and they do a great job as well. I have been very pleased. I have never had a problem with them.

The cleaning itself was very good and the shirts were always returned as scheduled. It is more expensive than a dry cleaner to which you deliver your items, but this is to be expected. The problem I had with them is that I didn't have a regularly scheduled pick up date; I signed up for a "as needed" kind of service which required me to call a day or so before I needed the pick up. In the end I stopped using them, despite the convenience, because I had to call repeatedly to get them to come for the cleaning and the bag with the dry cleaning would just be sitting on my porch for a day or two days. They were always very friendly when I called back, but they didn't seem to be able to fix the problem.

Total Cleaners always picks up on the scheduled day and drops off when promised. I have always been happy with how fresh and clean the clothing is. Their prices are reasonable and always listed on their web site. They provide a bag for the dry cleaning pickup and leave the cleaning hanging on a hook on your front door so they don't wrinkle before you get home. I would recommend them to people, even those who only do occasional dry cleaning (like me!).
