Description of Work: Teresa Hagaman, the owner, arrived punctually and spent time getting to know us. We toured the entire house and she gave us ideas for staging and explained what is necessary for the current housing market. She sent us a thorough and detailed report outlining all items to be moved, purged, or painted. She was wonderful to work with and we would use her again. Sue P

+ -1 moreI spent $250 on that service. She helped him understand the importance of presenting a home for buyers who are pre-viewing. She is excellent with the customer and gives them insight and thoughtful comments and allows them to do what they want to do at their own rate. She is responsive and is just wonderful with the client. She has a wealth of ideas and she is clever and prudence. She is economical for the sellers to keep within budget. She is also versatile, so if something does not work for the seller, she will come up with an alternative.
Description of Work: I used Teresa Hagerman from Tah-Da! Home Staging Inc. in November and she did a staging appointment with a client.
