This was a great experience.  We contact Mr. Campot once we found out our tenants would be vacating the property at the conclusion of their lease.  He got to work immediately, initially meeting us at our house.  We were able to fill our vacancy with absolutely no gap.  Mr. Campot took care of all of the leasing paperwork as well as the security deposit and first month's rent collection.  We have found our realtor in northern Virginia.  We will not hesitate to return to Mr. Campot when we have real estate dealings and would highly recommend him to others in the area.

     Mr. Campot of SGC Real Estate assisted in the purchase of my home in Reston.  He was very easy going and never pushy. He really had a handle on the market and I liked that he was an actual broker and not just a sales agent.  He never had to check with the boss because he is the boss. He went far beyond what I expected.  During the housing inspection, Mr. Campot  was there making sure the inspection was done thoroughly and properly.  When it comes time to sell my home,  he will be the first person I call.   

As my buyer's agent, he interfaced with the seller's agents and owners of the two properties I purchased to ensure my real estate transactions were fair and correct.  From market surveys to property inspections, through financing and closing, Steve was always watching out for my best interests.

Members of my family have used Steve on several occasions for home sales and purchases.  Each one of us would definitely choose to use him again in the future.  The sale or purchase of a new home is a major life change, and Steve helps make it as easy as it can possibly be.

I was a little nervous because I did not know exactly what I wanted and I did not want to waste his time. Steve picked up on this and reassured me that it was his job to educate me on the entire market by showing me numerous properties in multiple areas. It did not matter to him how many properties he needed to show me or how long the process took. He did exactly that and after a while I found the perfect neighborhood for us. However, there was a problem, no inventory was available and when they did come on the market there was often bidding wars. So what did Steve do? He found me the perfect home before it went on the open market so I did not need to get involved in paying over asking price. He expertly guided me through the entire process and did a great job negotiating the Home Inspection issues. In the end I am so happy with Steve and my new home, I highly recommend him.

We found Steve through Angie's List and when contacted he was back in touch promptly. We scheduled home tours the very next day, and actually bought the very first house we saw. The house was a foreclosure, and Steve did a great job helping us get it - there were four bidders overall, but we came out with the house we wanted, in a record amount of time. Steve was very professional, very timely, and never pushy. We're very pleased.

Steve helped  my wife and I sell our home in Ashburn Va and provided solid advice about  purchasing my new construction townhouse in Ashburn Va a year later.  These days, with all of the available information on the Internet, finding a home is a very collaborative process.  You need a great agent to find what you are looking for at a fair price. Steve helped us do what we couldn't do: establish market-based value for our home and understand the right timing for selling our home and evaluating the offers, not to mention the complicated paperwork involved in selling our home.  He was also very knowledgeable in the options to rent our home in case we wanted to wait until the market presented a better selling time.  When I started the townhouse pre construction process Steve joined me for each meeting with the builders and he was able to negotiate an additional $30K in upgrades at no addition price to me.  He put me in touch with the right lenders and explained all the available lending options.  After I bought he continued to stay in touch to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely use him when I decide to buy or sell Real Estate again.  Steve also went above and beyond by taking photographs (and saved them to a flash drive) of my new townhouse before the drywall was installed which will be very nice to have if I ever decide to alter the walls or install new cabling in the future.  Steve provides consistent and sincere services as a real estate agent and is willing to take the extra time and effort to make sure his clients find what they want in the price range they can afford.

After having Steve Campot sell my primary residence in a matter of days and do a great job finding my new home, I called him again to assist in selling my parents home in Vienna. This job required perfect timing and correct pricing as my parents needed special assistance due to illness and a massive downsizing. Everything was made very personal, simple, and professional. After properly preparing the home, and a great marketing scheme, we were able to contract within a few days. Our family was all very pleased with the entire transaction. This was not you typical sale, it definitely required special attention and effort over and above.

Being a first time owner, and completely clueless in all that goes into buying a home, Steve was amazing. He explained everything I needed to know, as a buyer, and all the things he is responsible for and clarified if needed. He answered all questions immediately, and was very proactive at finding me my future home. We worked together as a team, he would find houses he thought I'd like, I'd also send him some that I wanted to see. He would put the itinerary together and we would spend whatever free time I had seeing houses. Very efficient and accommodating. He made sure that everything was what I wanted. Buying a home is a big deal and he wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. His first priority was making sure I was getting the best deal and the best place for me, even if it took him a million phone calls and a lot of back and forth. He was very accessible and the whole process went very smoothly and quickly.

He helped us late at night and on weekends, whenever we needed him.  He personally answered all of our calls immediately, no assistant or other agents.   His outstanding market knowledge proved to be invaluable as we prepared and made numerous very aggressive offers on homes we where purchasing.  His communication skills where outstanding, we never had to wonder where we stood in the transactions.  His outstanding negotiation skills helped us purchase our new home hundreds of thousands of dollars below the original asking price.  When it came time to sell our current home Steve’s outstanding marketing skills produced several offers the first week resulting in a full listing price sale.  We believe his superior internet presence was a major factor in this quick sale.   As he took care of the numerous tasks of getting the contract to closing he saved us thousands of dollars by his skillful negotiations of the home inspection.
