Kyle was very patient in assisting us with finding a home during a difficult relocation process and under awful weather conditions. He was very professional and accommodating and we appreciated his great sense of humor.

We had 2 offers in 3 days, with no open house (it was scheduled, but we had an offer so quick)!  During the inspection phase, the buyers were requesting additional items, and Kyle handled all the negotiations, and we had zero surprises.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience for selling a home.

He educates you on every step of the process, always making sure that you are comfortable with his recommendations.  He goes above and beyond to make sure that you get a quality home at a fair price - looking out for your best interests and informing you of things you'd never notice.  In regards to the selling process, he knows the market extremely well and helps you to prep and stage your home to get the best sale price.  He always has repeat clients because he is very trustworthy.  He cares about your family's interests, not just about making his commission.  Kyle has received numerous awards from Remax and is a top agent.  I recommend him to everyone I know.

Getting a home ready for the market is stressful yet Kyle laid out a plan with timelines and action items to help keep me on track and allow me to feel as though I was making progress.  With so many action items, it is easy to fell overwhelmed; however, Kyle stayed in touch and stopped by offering encouragement. Kyle assisted with prioritizing things such that my tight budget could be accommodated and the most important items were addressed.  He has a wealth of information and from this, he offered tips and tricks that definitely helped as well as ideas for sprucing up that were homeowner friendly and didn't require expensive contractors. His talents at interior design are outstanding and he made my home look like a model home. He doesn't have a magic wand, yet working with him to sell or buy your property will be easier than you anticipate. I would highly recommend Kyle Davis.
