She did an amazing job the piano is very old and had not been tuned for some time. She really took her time and care and even our piano teacher was amazed at the sound difference. She was on time, the price was excellent and the quality and care of the work was superb. I was so impressed I scheduled our next appointment.

I thought she did a good job. She was very thorough. She made recommendations on different plans depending on how much work I wanted to put into the piano. I appreciated that because we have an old piano that probably needs a lot of work to sound perfect, but we don't play much. So, we can work out a plan to work on it little by little.

After neglecting our 6ft grand piano for several years, we knew we needed a pretty comprehensive tuneup. The technician came at the set time and went right to work. Because we needed to raise the pitch, he said that it would require two separate trips. Everything went smoothly and I thought he did an excellent job with the tuning.

I had a concern about a piano I purchased and asked Ashley to evaluate it for tuning stability. She came out three times over a period of two months to tune the piano and then check on it a couple of times. She explained how she thought my piano was doing and explained all of the factors involved in tuning stability including what I could do to improve it as well as what was normal and what to expect from an acoustic piano. I felt much more comfortable after our discussions.
