Excellent - I couldn't be happier. I had it replaced at their shop. It took about an hour - just as they said. The total cost - material and labor - was nearly 40% cheaper than those companies that advertise. I highly recommend you give them a call before you go anywhere else.

Excellent! I reached out at 8:20am and was contacted within 11 minutes! Appt was scheduled for same day, 2 hours later. Anthony arrived and started vacuuming out the glass before I even got outside to meet him. The replacement (including vacuuming the entire front seat area) took less than 45 minutes. This was such a pleasant experience and Anthony was awesome, i would definitely use Patriot again and will recommend them to EVERYONE!

I couldn’t be happier with Patriot Auto Glass! I went to get my vehicle inspected and because it had a crack in the windshield, they wouldn’t pass it. I got an online quote from Patriot later in the day and they came out first thing the next morning. Russell and Scott are extremely professional, courteous and do great work! Their prices are so much better than the big guys and I’m always happier to go with a local business anyway. I’m so glad that I did and you will be too! I’ll definitely be using them again for all my auto glass needs (we all know that’s a given when you drive 28 everyday) and will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you guys for all your help!

Highly professional and response service. Even though their quote was slightly higher than some others, both the significant number of reviews (5 or 6 times as many as other auto glass businesses), as well as the high rating led me to choose Patriot, and I am glad that I did. Three hours after the initial quote my windshield was done. Russell the technician was both knowledgeable and clearly proud of the work that he does. Some of the other businesses that I had provide quotes were either super aggressive on the phone, hedged their quotes, or in one case actually provided a different business name. I highly recommend Patriot, and am glad to have supported a local business.

Excellent run company by Mike. He's very hands on, honest and responds promptly. We had a cracked windshield replaced. Russell, our technician, was very professional, thorough, extremely technically competent, efficient and personable. He made sure that everything was perfect. This company is a pleasure to do business with. We give them the highest recommendation and we were extremely pleased with the pricing and the quality of service we received.

When my windshield cracked during a cold snap (Ford Escape), I reached out to Mike because of his great reviews on Angie's List. He got back to me quickly and agreed to come to my home to replace my windshield while I was out of town to be more convenient for me. When he heard the weather was going to turn bad that day, he reached out and ended up coming over early to make sure it got done before the weather could affect anything. I came home to a spotless new windshield and couldn't be happier with his service. Highly recommend.

Called on a Friday and Patriot arrived at the scheduled time the following Monday and completed the replacement in about one hour. Friendly personnel. Cost was $268 after $20 off from Angie's List coupon. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing windshield replacement. Great price.

I did an online quote request, they called me back within 15 mins with a quote. They were the lowest quote that I received, and the fastest response, so I went with them. They scheduled the repair for two days later. I am satisfied with the work, and even more satisfied with how fast easy that transaction was.

I contacted Patriot as a locally based alternative to the chain auto glass places. I did check pricing and the cost was essentially the same so I chose the local company and could not have gotten better service. Patriot replied to my Angies List submission promptly and quoted the job at a reasonable rate. The installer showed up at my home within the agree time window and installed the new windshield. The install is clean and professional. Absolutely no qualms with the service from start to finish. I highly recommend Patriot Auto Glass when you need auto glass.

Mike and his team just finished installing two new windshields for me, one on an emergency basis. The work done was quick, thorough, professional, and at a good cost. Both installations were completed within about 18 hours of my first phone call. Plus, he basically saved our family vacation. I highly recommend Patriot Auto Glass.

Fantastic experience. Was beginning to think that good customer service didn't exist anymore until now. Patriot was easy to work with...they were responsive, great with communication, quality work, and were almost half the price of another company we received an estimate from.

Great work. We bought my Mom's old (but low-mileage) Lexus from her when she decided it was time to stop driving. While driving it cross-country, the side mirror mysteriously shattered. Even though the mounting and electronics were all intact, the dealer said it would cost $1,000 to replace it. Patriot not only came out and replaced it for $80 but ordered several mirrors to be sure they got the right size. It may not magically defrost or dim anymore but it's good to go. (And they even explained it probably shattered because we left the rear defroster on too long. Go figure.)

Replaced the front windshield on a 1979 Cadillac. Fezz came out right on time and did a great job. Nice to deal with.

These guys are great! They are courteous and professional. They showed up at the house and replaced the windshield and gave feedback on best parts, etc. They were one of the most inexpensive installers I called and came the same day. I have already provided their card to our neighbors.

Two gentlemen came out to work on my car and they performed the job very quickly while my vehicle was parked at the office. When they were through, they provided me with information on how to take care of the new windshield in the short term, and also did a great job keeping the car clean.

I had previously used Patriot Auto Glass in December 2015 to repair a small chip in my car's windshield using a $65 offer they had at the time. This time I had a 6-inch long crack running from the top of the windshield behind the driver's side visor. I called my insurance company Sunday evening, they sent an email with my insurance information to Patriot that night. Monday morning at 8 am I receive a call from Patriot, they could be there within 2 hours or, if not convenient, would schedule another date/time. I said in 2 hours would be perfect. In less than 2 hours Vince arrives, says it will take at least an hour to replace the windshield. It actually took him about 1 hour. By 10:45 am my windshield had been replaced. Vince told me he was surprised my windshield had not been leaking (it is a 2001 I bought used 4-1/2 years ago), he described what he had done to ensure the new windshield would not leak. I had a $0 deductible through my insurance company so have no idea what the charge would have been. As with the first time I used Patriot Auto Glass I am very happy with the quick response to my email request, Vince arriving on time and completed the job quickly. Hope I don't need this type of service again any time soon, but if I do Patriot is who I will call.

Work was done quickly and the two gentlemen who came out to complete the job were very curtious.
