I would not use them again. I did not get a receipt from them. They do not do anything but receive the package. I would rate them overall a C.

My wife asked me to ship a piece of jewelry back to the store for a yearly check up. She let me know a head of time that it would be a bit pricey for the insurance. I went to Parcel Plus, requested the cheapest rate and was quoted $360. I thought it was high, but agreed, because I wanted it insured. Later on, my wife told me that the rate was high, and normally costs $60 to ship that back. I checked with FedEx, the shipper for the package, and indeed the price was $60. I contacted the store, and explained there may have been a mistake. After multiple attempts to find out why there was a $300 difference in price and never receiving an explanation, I can't even get the store manager to return my calls. I will never use this company again.
